February 13 2017 – We are gearing up for a busy summer in Northern Colorado and are currently in the design phase of 2 pre-sale homes on acreage in Berthoud. We have some very lots in Loveland (Marianna Springs and Alford Meadows) and Thompson Crossing near Centerra to build your new energy efficient home. October 12 2016 – It has been a busy summer and we are building a few homes right now and are working on plans for a few pre-sales. We are building a custom home right now with an upgraded HVAC system with 98% modulating Lennox furnace, Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) to achieve proper air changes per hour, 20 SEER AC unit and a 2-zone system to heat/cool the main level and basement separately. We also installed a 6.3 kW solar panel system on the roof with SolarWorld 300W panels and Enphase S280 microinverters. We installed LED light bulbs everywhere instead of just CFL’s. It will be exciting when we do the blower door test and final Energy Star evaluation to see how low the HERS score will be with solar.
April 18 2016 – It has been a busy late winter and early spring and we are preparing to start 2 pre-sale homes in Kendall Brook in Loveland in the next few weeks. These will be the last 2 homes in Kendall Brook and the subdivision will be completed. We had a great time building in Kendall Brook the last 10+ years and met so many nice people who bought our homes.
We will start a semi-custom pre-sale house in Fort Collins soon and then a semi-custom pre-sale house on 2 acres in Berthoud. We are talking to a few people now that are interested in building new homes so it should be a busy spring and summer.
Land is the premium right now as it is scarce in the nicer areas so please contact us as we have some lots in West Loveland and some in Thompson Crossing near Centerra to build on immediately.

April 9 2016 – The Loveland Reporter-Herald has an interesting article on new construction in the Northern Colorado area titled “Homebuilders are busy around Loveland . It states that buildable lots are scarce and new subdivision development is expensive so new homes will only get more expensive.

September 3 2015 – We are about to finish the pre-sale Hollister model in Kendall Brook and just received a HERS score of 54 on this new Energy Star house. The happy homeowners cannot wait to move in! This is our last planned home in Kendall Brook but the last 2 lots are still available if you wish to live in this very nice subdivision in NW Loveland.
We received another pre-sale contract for a Morro Bay model home in Thompson Crossing by Centerra and we will complete this new Energy Star home in early 2016. This is in addition to the other pre-sale Morro Bay model that we will begin framing next week. We also plan to begin an enlarged Morro Bay spec house with a 3+ car garage and full 9′ basement on the really large, nice lot that backs to open space at 4349 Yarrow Lane in Thompson Crossing soon.

June 5 2015 – The spec house at 4655 Ridgway Drive Loveland CO 800538 in Kendall Brook is now under contract set to close in late July. May 22 2015 – We are still doing well here in Northern Colorado with our new Energy Star homes and we are currently working on 5 new homes and will start more soon in the next few weeks. We are working with 4 pre-sales buyers and do have one spec house that is available for purchase at 4655 Ridgway Drive Loveland CO 800538 in Kendall Brook and it is a Morro Bay model home. We should complete this home in early July 2015 and you can move in then!
We also have 3 lots available in Thompson Crossing near Centerra at 34 and 25. All these lots back to open space and one is a walk out lot with amazing views of Longs Peak from your deck! We had 4 lots but one was just taken by a repeat customer of R&R Homes as they are moving from Kendall Brook to TC to be closer to family.
March 24 2015 – Bankrate.com just listed the Top 10 states for retirement and Colorado is #2! From Bankrate, “The best states on our list typically have low costs of living, strong health care systems, low crime and tax rates, comfortable temperatures, low humidity and lots of sun. Bankrate’s 2015 ranking also included a specialized “well-being” score that considers residents’ general happiness and satisfaction with their surroundings. The score is based on the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being index.” Now you know why some many people find our new Energy Star homes in Northern Colorado so appealing!
March 10 2015 – BizWest published an article titled Region’s median home prices soar in February.
February 27 2015 – Builder Online posted an article ranking Fort Collins, CO as the 3rd healthiest housing market in the country and Greeley, CO was the 9th. We agree and are still seeing strong demand for our new Energy Star, well-built homes here in Northern Colorado.
February 15 2015 – We are still doing well here in Northern Colorado with new homes and we are currently working on 5 new homes and will start 2 more homes (1 new spec Morro Bay model and a pre-sale Hollister) in the next few weeks. We just put our spec house under contract at 4635 Ridgway Drive Loveland in Kendall Brook set to close in late March and received a pre-sale contract for a Hollister model home on Ridgway Drive.

October 28 2014 – We just started our second pre-sale home in Thompson Crossing in Johnstown, CO. This is a pre-sale Hollister model with a 3 car garage and partially finished basement.
October 17 2014 – We are beginning to build a pre-sale semi-custom Cambria model home in Thompson Crossing in Johnstown, CO just south of Hwy34/Centerra. This is a very nice neighborhood and we do have 1 really nice lot to build on so please contact Tracy for more information. There are only a few lots left and this is one of the best left. June 2 2014 – We are building a custom home in Mariana Springs in West Loveland as you can see from the picture below. Once again we passed all roughs inspections (framing, plumbing, heating and electrical) on the first inspection day. We will now install the insulation and have an Insulation/Framing Energy inspection from EnergyLogic and then begin hanging drywall. On the exterior, we will paid the necessary areas this week and then begin the stucco insulation. This is another example of true commitment to quality that R&R Homes possesses!

May 14 2014 – The new home market is still strong in Northern Colorado from what I have seen. We have 2 pre-sales in Kendall Brook to build and we are working on 4 pre-sale contracts too. We are building a pre-sale home in Marianna Springs in Loveland, a pre-sale in Poudre Heights in Windsor and 2 pre-sales in High Pointe in Windsor.
High Pointe in Windsor is a very nice area and the majority of homes have really nice views as you can see from the picture below.
April 16 2014 – Great news for the buyers of our new homes in Northern Colorado. “A Gallup poll released Friday 4/11/2014 indicated that residents of the Fort Collins-Loveland area were more likely than anywhere else in the country to be satisfied with the city or area in which they live. A whopping 94.9 percent of local respondents participating in the 2012-2013 survey said they were satisfied with Fort Collins and Loveland.” The full article can be read here at the NCBR website.

We also have a pre-sale (custom and enlarged) Morro Bay home that will be begin excavation in Marianna Springs in Loveland, CO next week. We are also about to sign a pre-sale contract for a new (custom and enlarged) Cambria model home to be built in High Pointe Estates in Windsor, CO. The new home market in Northern Colorado is still strong and our new Energy Star homes are still popular with buyers.
January 11 2014 – We currently have 1 finished spec home for sale at 1635 Antonio Ct and 2 spec homes for sale under construction to be completed soon. We excavated and poured the foundation for a pre-sale Hollister this week and will begin the other 2 pre-sale homes soon.
December 5 2013 – The new home market is still strong in Northern Colorado! We signed 3 pre-sale contracts in the month of November and are working on the permits now. We will build a 3 car Hollister in Kendall Brook in Antonio Ct and a 3 car Morro Bay in Windsor in Poudre Heights and an enlarged Morro Bay 3.5 car new home in Marianna Springs in Loveland. June 10 2013 – Ankmar Garage Door no longer offers the Manor House series doors as their supplier is not making them anymore. We are working on another door style to be our standard garage door from Ankmar. The Mile High Series garage door with wood overlay is now our standard and they are still insulated.
June 6 2013 – We received another pre-sale contract this past week for the last lot left on Tennessee St. We should begin construction around July 1.
May 30 2013 – We will begin construction on a pre-sale home in Antonio Court tomorrow. We will begin construction of the pre-sale home on Rhode Island St in about 2.5 weeks. I believe we will have another pre-sale contract signed this weekend to build on the last lot left on Tennessee St that back to the open space. May 17 2013 – We signed another pre-sale contract to build a Hollister on Rhode Island St last week so we are excited! There is only 1 lot left on Rhode Island St and it will probably be a Cambria model to be built here. May 9 2013 – In the past week, we closed on a new home and submitted a building permit for a pre-sale home. We are also close to signing a contract for another pre-sale home on Rhode Island St and that will hopefully happen this week. We have a pre-sale home under construction in Antonio Court and on Rhode Island St and will begin another pre-sale home in Antonio Court in about 2-3 weeks. April 24 2013 – We still have many people looking at new homes and are about to sign another pre-sale contract for a Morro Bay model home in Kendall Brook. We have the best lots left in Kendall Brook but they will go quickly especially with the prime buying season starting right now.
March 10 2013 – We signed another pre-sale contract last week for a Hollister on Rhode Island St that backs to the open space. We have two lots left on Rhode Island St that back to the open space and have garden level basements and back patio decks. The market here in Northern Colorado is still looking strong.

February 19 2013 – We signed a pre-sale home contract in Kendall Brook last week and should begin construction of this new home in the middle of March. The new home will be a Hollister model home in Antonio Court. We are also looking at our available lots here in Kendall Brook to start another spec home soon. All the data we have seen and read shows the new home market will continue to get stronger through 2013.

February 6 2013 – The market here in Loveland and Northern Colorado still appears to be strong and will only get stronger. Recently we put our spec Morro Bay model home under contract, we will close on a pre-sale home this Friday February 8, we are close to a pre-sale contract in Antonio Court in Kendall Brook and we have met with a few potential buyers that we are quoting new homes prices to. We are looking forward to an exciting 2013!
January 14 2013 – R&R Homes had a great 2012 and thank you to our 7 new homeowners who saw the quality and pride put into every new home we build. We are one of a few new home builders 100% committed to building new Energy Star homes in Northern Colorado. The majority of our suppliers and subcontractors have been with us for the past 8 years so the craftsmanship shows in every one of our new homes.
The new home market is doing much better now than in recent years and all the reports and market analysis that we have read show no signs of slowing down.
In Kendall Brook in Loveland, we currently have 4 pre-sale homes under construction along with 1 spec home that is almost complete and another spec home that will begin in early February 2013. We are in discussions with 2 other pre-sale buyers on building new homes as well.
We are also in the process of working with 2 buyers to build new homes in Marianna Springs and Wild Wing.
