We also include kitchen granite slab counter-tops, Tharp Alder cabinets, 6” Knotty Alter trim, bull nose corners, and solid pine wood interior doors. We use Rinnai Tankless water heaters, Trane 92.1% hi-efficency furance, Trane AC and a power humidifier. We want to take the stress out of the building process, so we you will work one-on-one with the builder to design your new home. All you have to do is move in and start enjoying you new home! Even the garage makes a statement! The garage doors are insulated along with the walls and attic and both have garage openers installed AND there’s a keypad just outside the garage.
